About Classes

Suitable for kids 5 to 10 yrs old

Available on every Sun, 3.30 pm at Pasir Ris and 5 pm at Sengkang

Your child  will learn:
-Improved focus, confidence, social skills, respect and courtesy. Fundamentals of basic
punches and kicks.

-Command method(Replicates technique taught by the coach, shouting ‘HIYA’ during
execution to build confidence)

-Guided Discovery (Ask questions along the way, make sure they understand the
technique)

-Bring good example done by student to demonstrate to peers to build stage confidence,
clap upon completion and motivates rest of class to perform.

Break away from shyness, by doing warm up together and counting the repetitions.
– Social skills, by doing simple stretch with assistance of new peers
– Program of the day (Kicks/Punches/Blocks) with interactive activity with the coach,
build focus and confidence.
Math incorporated activity,
1+1 = 2 punch , 3-2 = 1 punch
– Water break in between programs with bowing to build respect and courtesy
– Game of the day to let off steam and have fun!
