This workshops combine mindfulness practices with exciting lessons that will tickle a child’s mind and ignite their curiosity. It serves as an enriching add-on to the syllabus covered in school, done through fun experiments that your kid will be able to do and take home. 
The art of mindfulness is to bring an awareness of one’s thoughts and physical sensations into the environment. Practicing mindfulness helps a person combat stress and anxiety, and is proven to help children develop focus, awareness and a deeper understanding of scientific principles. 
We inculcate mindfulness with our science workshops through five steps:
1. Breathing exercises
2. Observation
3. Exploration of senses
4. Movement
5. Reflection

This workshop will be held at Twin Waterfalls Condo, Punggol.
